Program for Trail Running Thailand for July 2023, Northern Region I’ll be presenting two trail running programs. UltraTrail Phrae 2023 and the Doi Chang Trail 2023 are on the lists.

UltraTrail Phrae 2023
On July 29 and 30, 2023, this program will take place. Location: Rong Kwang District, Phrae, Ban Oi Wittayakarn School.
Four distances are available: REGULAR
1.P10 (10 km.) 900 bath
2.P20 (20 km.) 1,400 bath
3.P50 (50 km.) 2,500 bath
4.P100 (100 km.) 5,000 bath
Runners who successfully pass the finish line 1st–20th in a distance of 20 km, 50 km, or 100 km will receive a trophy. All runners who cross the finish line will receive a commemorative medal, commemorative shirt, running number, running bag, and 1 finisher shirt.

Doi Chang Trail 2023
This program is suitable for well-fitted trail runners. Doi Chang Trail 2023, held on July 29–30, 2023, at the location of Doi Chang Coffee Factory, Mae Suai District, Chiang Rai.

Trail Running Thailand for July 2023. Even though some race programs take place at night, the temperature is still very high. All runners should be aware that hot weather can cause heat stroke. During the competition, if the athlete feels very hot, the heart beats fast, there are heart palpitations, the pulse beats, there is thirst, dizziness, headache, dizziness, fainting, nausea, vomiting, and exhaustion.
