KOH LARN TRAIL 2024
KOH LARN TRAIL 2024, Pattaya, Chonburi, Thailand, is now open for applications. This trail-running event is limited to 1,500 people only.
Koh Larn is not far from Bangkok and only 7.5 kilometres from the coast of Pattaya. Koh Larn is very beautiful. White sand beach, clear water, and a complete coral reef.
For trail runners who are interested in applying for this program, you don’t have to worry about travelling. Even though you are on an island, travelling is convenient.
You should find a place to store your car near Bali Hai Pier to catch the boat across to Koh Larn. There are two types of boats to choose from: speedboats and wooden boats. (similar to a fishing boat).

- Koh Larn has limited space, services, and care for runners. The organizers and Pattaya City request a limited number of runners.

KOH LARN TRAIL 2024: Trail running is run on natural surfaces. There are gravel floors, sand floors, rough surfaces, or puddles of water.
It’s not like a marathon, mini-marathon, or fun run. Most of them run on the road. You should prepare before running; you should practice running at a distance of more than 10 kilometres.
You must train your body to be stronger than general running, which will help increase your body’s endurance as well.
